Very clean rooms, AC, very attentive and respectful personnel, and great location
The hotel Damiana is comfortable place to relax and to enjoy the historic centre from Queretaro city. Is the better place to pass a romantic night, just in the Queretaro' s core .
The rooms are tasteful and basic. The staff are "boutique" and helpful. Cafes and restaurants are directly outside your door. Directly across from the hotel is a small cafe which is excellent for your morning coffee.
Reception desk so friendly, helpful , help with any questions we had. They are so awesome .
We loved the hotel! The room is beautiful and the design makes that the hotel stands out from other regular hotels. There is also a small balcony where you can sit and have a nice view over the streets of Queretaro. But what we liked most was de super attentive and kind staff. They will do anything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much!
The only problem is that they do not have parking service for autos.
This place was great, great customer service, and they were very friendly. I highly recommend it. It felt safe, it was clean, and it was beautiful. Muy bonito lugar, limpio, y muy buen servcio! Lo recomiendo.
Nice small hotel in middle of Centro. Loved the location & helpful staff. Stayed here a week, offered room cleaning & helpful advise about places in town. Biggest issue is Friday & Saturday nights there is a night club playing thumping loud music till 2am so lost sleep. Also rooms on corner of two walking streets which vendors are open till around 10pm.
